Shipping takes time!It is a peak time for mail being sent right now and deliveries are EXTRA slow due to covid.
Please allow 5-12 business days for your item to arrive - and be kind to your delivery drivers and mail-carriers. Just a reminder that I am human and I will refuse service if you swear at me etc. I have had this happen far too much and will only respond to messages if you are kind. I am not in charge of how long it takes for your package to arrive, there are many factors involved such as: production time, when the package is picked up from the post box, when the package is sorted, how long until it is put on a truck or plane, the weather, the current rush (COVID and Holidays back things up), and how often mail is delivered to your area. International ShippingBecause of COVID, international shipping has become increasingly slow and unreliable.
If you are from the USA or are shipping a package to the USA, please note that I can not tell how long shipping will take. Sometimes packages end up stuck in customs, stuck at a post office, etc. Also due to COVID, I will only be shipping packages within Canada and to the USA. TrackingPlease note that the $5 shipping option does not include tracking. This option will take 5-10 business days depending on the volume of mail PLUS the turn around time.
If you would like quicker shipping and have it tracked, choose the $15 option at check out. Shipping time DOES NOT include turn around time. An item may not be completed for 3-5 days and then will be packaged and shipped! |
Damage and ReturnsI do not accept returns on any jewelry for sanitary reasons.
If I made a mistake on a custom order I will recreate and resend. (such as me putting the wrong date etc.) If you made a mistake on a custom order, I will give you coupon with a discount to use to reorder the item the mistake was on. I require photo evidence and information about the mistake within 5 days of receiving you order in the mail. If a piece breaks from manufacturing faults I will fix the item for you. (Such as a jump ring breaking, a faulty clasp etc.) If a piece breaks due to water damage, being ripped off, or any way that damage was not at the fault of the item itself, I will not refund. If you break your item, message me and we can work together to find a solution. Unfortunately sometimes metal will change colour when it is on your skin due to your PH levels and your natural oils. Because of this, I switched away from using brass chains in 2019 to using gold-plated and/or surgical stainless steel. If your item still tarnishes, there are plenty of online resources that are super easy and quick to clean your jewelry! Please know I am a one woman show and the holiday season is the busiest time of the year. I am doing my very best to make, pack and ship your orders as fast as I can while I also answer emails, keep my social media updated, make new items, take full-time classes, work, and more! I do my best to get your items out as soon as I can, but please keep in mind that I am not Amazon Prime. Haven't gotten an email about your order?Make sure that the email address you provide is correct.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as i have shipped your order or a ready confirmation when your item is ready for pick up. If you still have not gotten an email and it has been a week or more, check your spam inbox in your email! Occasionally they made end up there! If it is not there either, send me a message through the contact form or on Instagram and I can check to see if your order has been shipped/is ready/or is still in progress of being made. |
